Redesigned Online Store is Touchdown for Pro Football Hall of Fame

www.profootballhof.com/store) has tackled all expectations since the launch of its redesign nearly one year ago.  During April of 2005, Americaneagle.com—leading Web site design, development, and hosting company based in Park Ridge, IL—created a brand new, fully integrated, Hall of Fame e-commerce store.  Not one year later, the Hall of Fame’s online sales have more than doubled over 2004.

When visiting the site, football fans will find numerous tools to search for the products they want.  Customers can shop by team, by product, and by player or select items featured in the quick scroll tools on the homepage.  Even within the main Hall of Fame Web site (www.profootballhof.com), visitors are easily guided to the store.   Fans can link directly from a player’s page to the player’s related merchandise, creating convenient and targeted selling opportunities. 

Above and beyond the new navigation system, Americaneagle.com implemented several other features that have proved wildly successful.  Some of these features include gift cards, a wish list, a shopping cart with the option to change attributes, fully integrated e-mail marketing, and order history.  All of which enhance the performance of sales and marketing efforts.
